  First time in L.A. can I say i actually like my landlords!!! RPM is the best, I just re-signed for a third year at this beautiful Hollywood Hills villa I live in! its just nice when your landlord answers the phone when you need something. last but not least thank you for not raising my rent to re-sign!!!

  So bummed I just moved out of a very sick pad me and two friends rented in Weho from rpm for two years. Neil our manager was really cool with us we never had any problems with him or the company. Neil came out and inspected the house when we turned in our 30 day notice we made a few minor repairs he asked for and we got all of our $4,500 deposit back a week after we moved out!!!! Good people in my book!

  I just re-signed with RPM Westside for another year! I have been very happy with all the services they offer and they found us a great tenant for our house. Elsa has been a great property manager for us and the staff is A+
