  I can't tell you how happy I am with Sean and his recent service. On 1/9/18, I was contacted by one of my residents because his patio drain was backing up and had about 3 inches of standing water on the floor. There was a serious danger of this water backing up into the unit and causing thousands of dollars in property damage. My normal building plumber could not get to it the same day because just like most plumbers and contractors, they were fighting their own battles with the rains for the past two days. So, I did a quick search and decided to call I was quickly connected with Sean, and even though he was currently on a job, he was able to make my request the next priority. Within a few hours Sean was there (at 8:30pm by the way) and the drain was cleared. He texted me a photo of the drain showing that it was cleared and the crisis was averted. As the owner of a property management company with over 100 HOAs and 3000 clients, I work with a lot of plumbers, so I can seperate from the good from the bad pretty quickly. Pride Plumbing is one of the good guys. Sean and his company have won my business with their professionalism, attention to detail and communication.
