  This review is pending, depending on how my daughter is treated when she makes her follow up visit to verify who she is in order to get her licence plate that she's been waiting for almost a year.
  She has been calling the dealership to inquire about this for some time now, but has been getting the runaround. It seems that the person who sold her a car is no longer there, but no one has any info on this sale. Anyway, today she finally talked with an Anne Marie, who in the midst of getting all of her person information over the phone said that, "on the paperwork it looks like a black woman, but it sounds like a man on the phone." Even if she were thinking this, the professional thing to do is to ask my daughter to come down to verify some information. Mind you, my daughter is about to graduate from UCLA with her Masters in June and has no time for this ignorance. So I did what any mother would do, I called the dealership, and spoke with a supervisor named Alisha, who seemed very pleasant. I informed her that my daughter my daughter shouldn't even lay eyes on this Anne Marie when she gets there, and was told that Alisha will be helping her. So let's hope that part two is much better than part one....
