  My work sent me in to buy a 200 dollar gift certificate, which we do fairly often to treat employees. I was greeted by a gentleman. I told him I wanted to buy a gift certificate. He turned and walked away. I assumed to get a manager. Then a minute or so later a blonde girl with a face tattoo came to the register. She said they didn’t sell them. (The gift card display was right in front of the register. Then she said she didn’t know how to ring one up. So a guy making pizza walked up and didn’t know either. They both disappear (again I assume to get a manager). As I wait I listen to the employees joke and kid with each other. After a couple of F bombs and other choice words another employee asked if I was being helped. I replied “I’m not sure”. Finally the tatted blonde girl comes back and calls the manager. Within ten seconds she hangs up and says her manager didn’t answer so she couldn’t sell me a gift card. Everyone seemed to be pretty cool, but absolutely no priority when it came to customer service. So I went to Pizza Hut instead to get a 200 gift certificate. Guess we will be using PH from now on.
