  The officers were quite fast in disposing the various requests and visitors. The waiting room was also quite large with a dedicated children's play area (if that matters to someone). Although when I went back to collect the passport and visa, after I took the visitor token, I was told wait near the windows 1-4. But the windows weren't open and i could hear the officers chatting and laughing behind the curtain. This was in the middle of the regular passport collection time (9am-12noon). I felt this was highly unusual and unprofessional to keep the people waiting unnecessarily. Instead of getting called in accordance with the token number, I decided to go ahead and asked for the passport myself. That is when they realized there were people waiting to collect their passports and opened the windows. Even then I should mention that all the staff are extremely friendly and approachable.
