  Awful place to be. If I could rate it @ less stars I would. Very unfriendly staff & very uninformed in their merchandise. Wanted to buy some pearls but salesperson didn't know what merchandise she had, she said she needed an item # when I explained exactly what style I wanted.
  On the other hand I was treated very nice in their fine jewelry dept.

  I usually do my high shopping in Vegas but I have been to this Chanel quite a few times.
  
  The best part is the valet parking!
  Parking on Rodeo is either super expensive or impossible to find. Most of the time its both.
  
  The costumer service here is awesome.
  I took my logo earrings in because a stone had fallen out. Within a month of getting them back three other stones fell out. I took them in and got a new pair! No questions asked. I love how I can try on all the jewelry I want and only buy one or two pieces without the sells associate getting annoyed. I have not purchased a handbag from this location, I feel their stock in somewhat limited
