  On March 24, 2018 I reached out to Audi’s service department for a brake job. First, the appointment setters are phenomenal, but it was not an indicator of what was to come. Before deciding to bring my vehicle in for service I did a lot of comparison shopping that included parts, service costs, etc… Ultimately, I decided to bring my vehicle into Audi knowing that I would pay a premium above other competitors. In mind, this trade-off is made up in the service and assurance that when you bring your car into the dealership everything will be impeccable. If not impeccable, most definitely service you can rely on.
  My appointment was with George Chala. George was very pleasant, quite nonchalant, but nonetheless very pleasant. He walked me right in and got things all set with a loaner and the service. A short while afterwards I did receive a text from George regarding the price which was approximately
